At Espirales y Maquinaria de Transporte, we manufacture 75 CV deboners. of power with a production of 20,000 Kg/h of wet pomace input. The support benches are made of carbon steel, the main body completely made of AISI-304L stainless steel sheet and blades filled with tungsten to prevent premature wear.
At CHIA, the screens are made conically with hinged side hatches for inspection and balancing of the machine statically and dynamically.
