In 2017 we carried out the manufacture of a double hopper in Santander. This hopper was 9,000x10,000 mm. top mouth and 9,000 mm. high, with a flush capacity under hopper of 180 m3. and eight discharge mouths.
It includes a Flex-flap dust trapping system at the top of the hopper, consisting of a 1,250 mm high box placed on top of the hopper.
In addition, it consisted of a hydraulic power unit with protection and interior lighting; a PVC control house, public address system and warning siren, with an electrical panel attached to it; a coupling system of 6 hydraulic supports on the hopper legs for fixing it during the work operation, with an overload alarm system and acoustic warning by siren, and visual, by means of LED lighting strip attached to the entire upper contour of the walkway, to provide greater visibility. It also includes exterior lighting to facilitate operations in hours of reduced visibility by means of LED projectors.
Lastly, we installed an auxiliary structure to guarantee the fixing of side walls, with an opening for the entrance of trucks and a curtain of hanging slats.
