In 2015 we were entrusted with the project to manufacture a conveyor belt in Galicia. This was 15 meters long and 1.2 meters wide, built on a lattice frame made of standardized carbon steel profiles for wagon loading.
In order to avoid contamination caused by dust emissions, within the framework of the client's environmental commitment -and our own-, we include in this tape an application system using sprayers and an adapted dust suppression system, with a regulation included.
In this same period, we carried out the manufacture of hoppers measuring 9 x 8 meters with an upper mouth and 11.4 meters high, with a flush capacity under the hopper of 200 m3. In addition to the 3 x 1.2 meter outlet, it has six valve-closing outlets (3 per hopper) with hydraulic drive, stiffened by San Andrés crosses on all ends to be able to mount them on flex-flap, 4 sets with solid twin wheels to facilitate movement of the hopper by means of a drag beam.
