Project description
At Espirales CHIA, we have designed and manufactured a complete fertilizer bagging line for FERTIEX, a company specialising in the chemical industry and fertilizer manufacturing, located in Don Benito (Badajoz).
The project, developed in 2026, involved integrating different industrial machines to achieve a continuous, efficient process tailored to the customer's production requirements.
Equipment included in the installation
The line consists of different solutions designed to operate together:
- Discharge hopper: designed to receive the product.
- Screw mixer: used as a colouring or inhibition system.
- Belt conveyor: integrated into the product conveying process.
- Bucket elevator: designed to lift the material.
- Big-bag filling system: incorporated as the final stage of the line.
Engineering and integration of a complete production line
This project demonstrates our ability to develop complete industrial solutions, from analysing the customer's requirements to designing, manufacturing and integrating the different machines.
The result is a robust and functional installation, designed to optimise fertilizer mixing, conveying, lifting and bagging operations.
